Technical Questions and Support
As you know, computer applications including Websites, sometimes experience technical difficulties. Technical problems are those related to Website functionality itself rather than those based on your knowledge about how to use the site. For example, if you are having technical difficulties such as:
- Errors, error messages, and the "Wrong Way" screen
- Printing a college application
- Saving information
- Applying online as an international student
- Accessing high school information
we need to know about these difficulties in order to solve any issues. If you would like to contact us regarding a technical issue, please provide your full name or username, your telephone number or e-mail address, any details you recall about what you were entering or clicking on when the problem occurred, and the heading/title of the page or the address (URL) of the screen on which you were working.
Send e-mails to: support@collegeincolorado.org
or call: U.S. toll-free hotline: 1-800-GO-TO-XAP
From outside the U.S., use e-mail or call Xap Corporation's switchboard at (310) 842-9117 and ask for technical support.
